H.B. 2065 (White): Updates Public-Private Partnerships (P3) for transportation purposes.

  • Amendment No. 7384 (K. Ward): Expands the types of public entities, transportation facilities and transportation-related services.

H.B. 2191 (Schmitt): Designates the Honorable Richard A. Geist Memorial Bridge.

H.B. 2233 (Greiner): Allows political subdivisions and volunteer services to comingle tax-exempt motor fuel storage tanks.

H.B. 2296 (Mizgorski): Updates the notification requirements for when a Commercial Driver License (CDL) holder reports traffic violations to their employer.

  • Amendment No. 7642 (K. Ward): Provides for the following: 1) a bioptic telescope learner’s permit and driver’s license, 2) an exemption to hold a CDL for plowing snow in political subdivisions, 3) new training requirements from the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, 4) a time extension for a commercial learner’s permit, 5) stricter penalties for a CDL holder convicted of human trafficking, and 6) free ID cards for homeless individuals.
