Senator Ward

January 6, 2009 - Senator Kim Ward was joined by 14 other Republican senators in taking the oath of office to serve in the Pennsylvania Senate for the next four years. Voters elected a 29-20 Senate GOP majority for 2009-2010, pending the outcome of a March 3 special election in the 29th District. Pennsylvania voters have elected a Republican Senate majority in every General Election since 1980.
